STEMCELL社 Technologies社では、実験のばらつきを抑えつつ適切で再現可能な結果が確実に共有されるよう、ヒト多能性幹細胞のデータ報告と品質管理対策の標準化を提唱しています。iPS細胞の品質評価とリリース基準は、International Stem Cell Banking Initiative (ISCBI) (2009)、Global Alliance for iPSC Therapy (GAiT) (2018)、およびInternational Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) と International Stem Cell Initiative (ISCI) が2022 年に主催したコンセンサスワークショップで推奨した内容とガイダンスに基づいて開発されました。
